Founded by Edward Chang AIA in 2007, Atelier PC is a New York based design oriented firm providing expertise in architecture, planning, interior design, and construction consultation services. Our mission is to bring back the basics of architectural design. We pay attention to innovative design and details with respect to current culture, fashion, life style, product design, arts and craft, materials, and the environment. We do not restrain ourselves in one particular style or look, but rather tailor each project to the client's needs and budget. Our philosophy is to blur the boundaries of design, form, and function to find a well balanced, beautiful yet practical solution. We see ourselves not only providing a beautiful final product, but also improving the experience of the man-made space and natural environment.  

Edward Chang AIA, NCARB, LEED AP

Mr. Chang has a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University GSAPP. He began his architectural career working at internationally renowned architectural firm, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, on projects including Shanghai World Financial Center, One Raffles Quay in Singapore, and Xintiandi Hotel in Shanghai. He later worked with visionary casino designer, Brad Friedmutter on hospitality, restaurant, and casino projects in New York, Las Vegas, Miami, and Connecticut.

Mr. Chang is a licensed architect in New York State and a member of American Institute of Architects. He is also a LEED accredited professional certified by The U.S. Green Building Council.
